Trusted AdvisorLink

In January 2006 BrokerCRM launched the first .net system available in Ireland for the online transmission of mortgage applications, loan applications and life proposals directly to lenders and other product providers from the Broker system to the Trusted AdvisorLink System and then to the nominated lender online. The product provider in turn can underwrite the loan application, create queries and clarifications which can be responded to securely by the Broker.

The system provides for underwriting online to loan approval and issue of offer letter. Trusted AdvisorLink reduces substantially the administration involved for both the Broker and the Lender and of course provides a faster more efficient service to the client.

The system is available to other lenders and providers who are currently developing technologies to link into the "XML Switch" of Trusted AdvisorLink.

A particular feature of Trusted AdvisorLink is its ability to expand the functionality for the transmission of documents and confidential information over the web securely.
