Philip O'Reilly, a former manager in RBS Group (Ulster Bank) established an Estate Agency, Building Society and Insurance business in Ennis in 1982.

In the mid 1990's Philip O'Reilly became involved in technology arising initially from the development of his website www.philiporeilly.com which was actually the first website in Ireland from which a property was sold directly. In 1998 his objective was to provide a software solution which would enable him to manage and expand his client base on a single platform providing a single view of the client and their products in the areas of property, mortgages and financial services.

Software companies cannot deliver solutions unless experienced industry professionals with in-depth domain knowledge are heavily involved in the scoping, specification and ongoing development of the ultimate software solution. Singularly because of this combined experience BrokerCRM™ is a unique product with very considerable support from its users.

In April 2004 the product BrokerCRM™ was launched. This is the "server install" version of the software. BrokerCRM software is installed in 270 installed offices throughout Ireland. UK market entry is the main project for 2011.

In Sept 2009 new web based software "BrokerCRM Lite" was launched and in Nov 2010 the name of the web based platform was changed to "The WorksCRM". BrokerCRM has been particularly well supported in this development by Zurich General and Irish Life and are most grateful for this. In the initial launch Mortgages and Financial Services are featured. Work on web based PropertyCRM has commenced and this product will be launched in Q4 2011
