BrokerCRM Partners with EBS Building Society

BrokerCRM, the innovative CRM software provider for brokers in Ireland has announced a partnership with EBS Building Society. The new deal will further enhance service levels between EBS brokers and their customers by faciliting appointed BrokerCRM users to send applications electronically to EBS.
BrokerCRM is a software package for financial mortgage, property and general insurance brokers to deal with current and prospective clients efficiently and effectively.. EBS Building Society has a strong track record of deploying innovative IT solutions particularly in terms of servicing its broker business. It was the first lender in Ireland to offer a full 'end to end' electronic application process for mortgages. With the new BrokerCRM solution added to this, it means that brokers can send files directly to EBS ensuring that they save time and increase the overall efficiently of the application process.
