A strong feature of BrokerCRM™is the ability to generate mortgage leads.
MortgageCRM is designed to manage and process these leads in a compliant and professional manner. The quotation facility within MortgageCRM allows the broker to quickly and accurately quote for the business.
The contact management facility within the CRM initiates the client contact and facilitates efficient management of all leads, thus delivering additional business.
The software is designed to capture all information required for the loan application in an easy and efficient manner. Once completed the loan application can be printed and saved for the clients signature and future reference.
Loan applications as printed are acceptable to most lenders and ready for transmission. Some lenders accept a copy of the loan application saved in PDF together with other details such as income certificate transmitted to them by email for instant consideration. All processes designed to deliver a professional service are clearly defined within the system. Progress of each transaction is clearly visible from the workflow screens. Our new Trusted AdvisorLink module allows brokers to submit loan applications online to lenders. EBS Building Society were first to go live with this system in February 2006.
Likewise, completion of compliance requirements can be monitored and evidenced from the system.
Reports are available on a lender, consultant, status, application date, etc. to ensure efficient monitoring of each application.
The mortgage quotation functionality in the system is a particularly strong feature. It provides the user will all the homeloan rates (fixed, variable and tracker) and lender details. Rates are be updated regularly over the web to provide the most accurate information. The mortgage quotation system is also available on the PDA. Quotations provide rate, APR, monthly repayment and repayment per €1,000 borrowed per month.
MortgageCRM has built a robust tool to comprehensively manage the emerging requirements and regulations in relation to every loan and provides an Audit trail to monitor compliance and adherence to set processes. On completion the commission functionality reconciles commissions. Reports are available in relation to staff earnings, lender commissions, and earnings per client.
Life Assurance and property insurance requirements of borrowers are comprehensively managed within the system providing the broker with a single tool enabling him/her to provide a professional service to their clients.
