BrokerCRM launches Trusted AdvisorLink

Trusted AdvisorLink is the latest facility available to BrokerCRM clients and is a very major step in the development of software uses for our customers.

Developed in .Net technology the Trusted AdvisorLink facility is designed to allow brokers submit on-line loan applications, life proposals and other such items to product providers such as Banks, Building Societies and Insurance companies.

It has been developed in the most advanced technology platform and has been designed to accommodate the submission of documents, proposals and messaging in a secure environment. The project took one year to complete and seven developers were involved full time in the development during that time under the management of Niall Shine.

Testing commenced in January 2006 when National Mortgage Services went live. Testing went extremely smooth and to date 15 Brokers are submitting loan applications on the system.

EBS Building Society was first to adopt the system and it is now fully implemented with EBS in the transmission of home loan applications. "Buy To Let" applications will go live in April. Two other lenders will come live on the system in the coming months, giving Brokers access to more than 50% of their mortgage market in an online environment.
