January 2008 - PDA for Brokers 

BrokerCRM have redeveloped the software allowing brokers to download customer information, policy information, diaries and tasks to PDA devices such as O2 XDA Orbit and other PDA devices which are powered by Microsoft Mobile
software Versions 5 or 6.

At desk top level the PDA information can be synchronized  regularly to ensure advisors on the road have up to date information.

This software will be rolled out in Q1 2008
