BrokerCRM Upgrades

All clients of BrokerCRM are currently being upgraded to the latest version of the software. This work is expected to be completed by the end of May 2006

In the latest version there are substantial improvements to the usability, functionality and workflow within the system.

Additionally PropertyCRM has been enhanced, as has the loan application area.

We would expect to issue a further upgrade of the software before June, which will substantially improve the processes whereby upgrades can be delivered to clients and will we therefore be able to deliver enhancements more quickly into the future.

We are currently working on new upgrades in the following areas

• Multiple website property uploads
• Property Multi Listing
• New styles of property lists
• Improved pension functionality with particular emphasis on group pensions
• Regular imports of Omniview policies values, amended premiums and amended sums insured
• Enhancement to the document management to include compressed storage of documents and document queuing
