The WorksCRM
The WorksCRM is our web based application which currently incorporates web based MortgageCRM and FinancialCRM. PropertyCRM will be added to this new application in 2011. Our new software also incorporates personal lines general insurance. Through our “E-Comms” capabilities we enable our intermediary clients to automate the delivery of financial services and mortgage business to a range of product providers. Our product provider clients include Irish Life, Haven Mortgages, AIB, Zurich General, Zurich Life, Friends First, Aviva and Allianz.
Being web based users of this application can do so over the internet without the need to purchase servers.This makes the software easily accessible for users when meeting clients ouside the office environment or otherwise working away from the office.
The new technology has enabled us to adopt a host of useful and innovative features in the new software to assist advisors in providing best advice to clients.New features include a range of financial advice calculators,needs alylasis tools, links to product provider systems, on line submission of applications and proposals, and policy data downloads from insurers.
BrokerCRM (Client Server)
BrokerCRM is the combined sever based product incorporating all three software applications namely PropertyCRM, MortgageCRM and FinancialCRM. Modules can be implemented individually as can any combination of modules. Typically in an Estate Agents office where mortgages and life assurance are sold all three modules would be installed providing a single view of the cutomer whereas in a Mortgage Broker’s office the property module would not apply.
All our software products are designed to enable intermediaries and their staff provide comprehensive management tools to reduce running costs, manage compliance requirements and increase efficiencies, sales and profitability in their businesses.
Money Advice
Money Advice is the brand which we offer quotations and other services to brokers.The quotation services are being offered not only in the BrokerCRM and The WorksCRM software applications, but they are also available on the smart phone platform.
The Money Advice smart phone quotation service is the very first of it’s kind to be launched in Ireland, and it makes term protection quotations available on all internet enabled mobile devices.
The services available on Money Advice will be expanded greatly and 2011 will see the roll out of many new product offerings.
