Built on a Microsoft .NET platform, the new software application is accessible through a web browser and does not require any new hardware installation for the intermediary. The software meets the needs of networks, franchises, and clubs as well as the needs of the individual adviser or financial institution.

From managing customer contact data to submitting an on-line loan application or insurance proposal, The WorksCRM can do it all. The single customer view and the marketing capabilities of the software sets it apart from other applications.

Client information can be captured to a really granular level. Product details, comparisons, compliance documentation suites, financial calculators and CRM capabilities are all strong features of the software. Additionally it provides online loan submission capabilities to lenders; data downloads from life offices and quotation engines and sourcing capabilities in relation to mortgages, life protection, house insurance and payment protection quotations.

The new system manages the CRM, and compliance management requirements for the financial services and mortgage sectors.
