In building a software solution for our customers we have committed to providing full support across all financial and mortgage products and to integrate with the other systems and providers where we can improve our service to customers. Our objective is to provide substantial saving in administration time and create revenue opportunities for advisors though marketing capabilities and on line links to providers in the areas of life/wealth, general insurance and mortgages.

Zurich General Insurance have  established a major bridge between their in-house quotation, underwriting and administration systems with BrokerCRM enabling BrokerCRM clients sell the Zurich quality house insurance product. This facility provides Brokers with competitive quotation, proposal and policy documents on line and in real time. This facility is designed to give brokers a quality product, a new source of income, and an enhanced relationship with their clients. Brokers have placed substantial household business through lenders and can now easily recover this.

 We have also implemented a facility for our clients to sell the new Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) from Allianz. This has been a difficult market in recent times and is an important facility for clients. The Allianz product is very competitively priced. It is designed only for those under 60 years of age who are new borrowers or those who wish to switch an existing PPI policy.
