First-level telephone support is provided by the BrokerCRM™ helpdesk -
+353 61 226540.
This support team will categorise the problem into the following:
- Technical issue
- Business issue
- Training issue
- Infrastructure problem at customer site
If the problem is a technical BrokerCRM™ issue then the front-line telephone support will either resolve the issue over the phone or will escalate the issue to second-level support*.
Business, training and infrastructural issues will be forwarded to the relevant personnel as follows:
Business issues -> client's account manager
Training issues -> customer service manager
Infrastructure problem -> client's third-party infrastructural provider
*Second-level support for technical issues will be provided by dedicated support personnel via telephone & dialup support.
